An Android app for the Empresa Municipal de la Vivienda of Rivas Vaciamadrid, published on Google Play as EMV Rivas-Ciudad. A resident opens it when the heating stops, a lock breaks or a common area needs cleaning. The report goes straight to the people responsible with a photo and a location, and the same app carries the answer back, along with notices about water cuts, power cuts and works on the estate.
